Something new.....

DKT at 70.3 got a bunk drafting penalty. Not sure if you/anyone read his blog/webpage or not. From first hand information, out of the water thinhgs were looking great. On to the bike David lead for a good while. A "chase" group caught and passed him. David freewheeled and was out of the draft zone in his mind, but was assessed a drafting penalty. David was setting up all season for this race, then the mat was pulled out from under him for a bogus call. I think he could have made podium if he had not been penalised and decided to finish the race. I can only imagine how hard it would have been to bust ass for the 13.1 miles after being heartbroken. I dont blame him for protesting and not finishing, though would have liked to have seen him cross the line. I cant imagine working all season for one race (out of 25 btw) and the recording a DNF. Next season will be fun to watch again.

Other news, I'm married now. Feels the same as life before the legal commitment. Looking forward to the honeymoon and free gifts though.

Ray, I'm looking forward to toeing the line with you on Saturday. Wear a Browns jersey, the boys in Cleveland need some love after the heartbreaker last weekend. Are you heading to TH on thursday night. T3 and I need some cover on the ride home. Be sure to bring the 9mm.
